This is the transition phase for the squadron. On the 1st May 1935 the first of the new, all metal, Supermarine Scapa seaplanes arrived at Kalafrana. The squadron would have a complement of 6 aircraft and they would be with the squadron just two years.
1937 saw the introduction of the SARO London. The final aircraft being delivered on 10th December. Again the complement would be 6 aircraft.
